Black Friday has become an important shopping period in Nairobi, giving shoppers an opportunity to look for discounts on electronics, fashion, beauty products, children’s items, home appliances, gifts, fragrances, accessories, food and everyday essentials. In 2026, Black Friday will fall on Friday, November 27, but shoppers should expect many businesses to promote offers before and after the main date.

For shoppers in northern Nairobi, Runda Mall is an especially useful place to watch for Black Friday promotions because its tenant mix covers electronics and technology, fashion, children’s products, gifts, beauty, fragrances, appliances, food and supermarket shopping. The mall’s current store directory includes businesses such as Samsung, Oppo, Azone – Mika Appliances, Technohub Technologies, Triscope Electronic, Galaxy Mobile Accessories, Bata, Chacha Gents, Karats Apparel, Katrina Kids, Purpink Gifts, City Walk Fragrance, Silken Human Hair, Carrefour and many others.

The following guide focuses specifically on the Black Friday hot deals shoppers should watch at Runda Mall in 2026. Because individual shops may announce their promotions closer to Black Friday, the products below should be treated as deal categories and shopping opportunities to watch, rather than confirmed 2026 prices.

Why Runda Mall Is Worth Watching for Black Friday 2026

Runda Mall is located along Kiambu Road and brings together a broad selection of retail, lifestyle, dining and service businesses. Its current store directory covers categories including appliances and home goods, beauty and personal care, children and toys, electronics and technology, fashion and clothing, footwear and bags, furniture, gifts and crafts, jewellery and accessories, supermarkets and restaurants.

This makes Runda Mall particularly interesting for Black Friday because shoppers can potentially compare different types of offers during the same visit.

Instead of making separate trips across Nairobi for a phone, children’s gifts, clothing, perfume and household products, shoppers can plan a Black Friday visit around several stores within the mall.

The mall’s current directory also shows many stores operating around the 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM range, although individual businesses have different hours and Black Friday schedules may change.

1. Samsung Black Friday Deals to Watch

SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE STORE RUNDA MALL is one of the most important stores to watch if your Black Friday shopping list includes technology.

Potential deal categories worth monitoring include Samsung smartphones, tablets, accessories, wearables and other consumer technology.

For a shopper planning to upgrade a phone, Black Friday can be an opportunity to compare the price of a newer model with older flagship and mid-range models.

When looking at a Samsung Black Friday offer, do not focus only on the percentage discount. Check the exact model, storage capacity, RAM, warranty and accessories included.

A discount on an older model may be attractive if you are looking for value, while a smaller discount on a newer model could be more appropriate if you want longer-term software support and newer features.

2. Oppo Smartphone and Accessory Deals

Oppo is also listed among the businesses at Runda Mall, making smartphones another category to watch during Black Friday.

Oppo deals could be particularly interesting for shoppers looking for Android smartphones across different price categories.

Potential offers to watch include smartphones, wireless accessories and other mobile products.

Before buying, compare camera specifications, battery capacity, charging technology, storage, RAM, screen quality and warranty.

If the phone is intended as a Christmas gift, also check whether the box includes a charger, cable or other accessories.

3. Technohub Technologies Black Friday Deals

Technohub Technologies & Electronics Runda Mall is another store worth watching for technology-related Black Friday promotions.

The Runda Mall directory lists Technohub under the electronics and technology category, making it relevant to shoppers looking for computers, accessories and technology products.

Potential Black Friday categories could include laptops, computer accessories, storage devices, keyboards, mice, monitors and other technology products.

For laptops, compare the processor, RAM, SSD capacity, screen size, battery condition, operating system and warranty rather than purchasing based solely on the advertised discount.

4. Triscope Electronic Black Friday Offers

Triscope Electronic is another electronics business listed in Runda Mall’s current store directory.

This makes it worth including on your Black Friday shopping route if you are comparing electronics.

Shoppers looking for televisions, audio products, household electronics, accessories or other technology should compare specifications and prices across retailers before purchasing.

The key question should always be: What is the final price, what exactly is included, and what warranty comes with the product?

5. Azone – Mika Appliances Black Friday Deals

Azone – Mika Appliances is particularly relevant for households looking for appliances. The business is listed in Runda Mall’s current store directory under the mall’s retail offering.

Black Friday shoppers should watch this category for potential offers on kitchen and household appliances.

Products worth monitoring include cookers, microwaves, kettles, blenders and other household appliances, depending on the stock and promotions available in November.

For appliances, consider energy consumption, capacity, warranty, durability and after-sales service alongside the price.

A cheaper appliance is not necessarily better value if it has a shorter warranty or higher running costs.

6. Galaxy Mobile Accessories Black Friday Deals

Galaxy Mobile Accessories is another Runda Mall business listed in the electronics and technology category.

This is a useful category for shoppers who already have a smartphone or tablet but want accessories.

Potential Black Friday products could include phone cases, chargers, cables, screen protectors, earphones, power banks and other mobile accessories.

Accessories can also make affordable Christmas gifts, especially when shopping for several friends, colleagues or family members.

7. Black Friday Fashion Deals at Chacha Gents

Chacha Gents Wear – Runda Mall is one of the fashion businesses shoppers can watch during Black Friday.

Men shopping for shirts, trousers, suits, jackets, casual wear and accessories can use Black Friday as an opportunity to look for festive-season clothing.

Black Friday is particularly useful for shoppers preparing for Christmas parties, weddings, end-of-year office events and family gatherings.

Before buying, check the fit, fabric, quality, available sizes and whether the item can be exchanged.

8. Karats Apparel Black Friday Fashion Deals

Karats Apparel – Runda Mall is another fashion business listed at Runda Mall.

Shoppers looking for clothing and fashion gifts should monitor its November promotions.

A useful Black Friday strategy is to decide what type of clothing you actually need before entering the store. This reduces impulse buying and makes it easier to identify genuine savings.

Fashion shoppers should also check whether a discounted item is current-season merchandise, clearance stock or an older collection.

9. Bata Black Friday Shoe Deals

Bata is listed in the Runda Mall store directory and represents another category worth watching for Black Friday shoppers.

Shoes can be practical Christmas gifts for children, teenagers and adults.

Parents can watch for children’s school shoes, casual shoes, sports shoes and other footwear, while adults may be interested in formal or casual footwear.

For shoes, the correct size and comfort are more important than the headline discount. Always check the retailer’s exchange policy, particularly when buying footwear as a gift.

10. Katrina Kids Black Friday Deals

Katrina Kids is one of the children’s-focused businesses listed at Runda Mall.

Parents preparing for Christmas should watch this category for children’s clothing, accessories and other products suitable for young shoppers.

Children’s Black Friday shopping should focus on quality, age suitability and usefulness.

Parents can also use Black Friday to purchase Christmas presents early, helping spread festive spending across November and December.

11. Bespoke Babies & Kids Shop

Bespoke Babies & Kids Shop is also listed in the Runda Mall directory.

This makes the store worth monitoring for parents, grandparents and relatives searching for Christmas gifts for babies and young children.

Potential shopping categories include children’s clothing, baby products and gift items, depending on the stock available during the Black Friday period.

When shopping for babies, safety and suitability should always take priority over price.

12. Toyzoona Black Friday Deals

Toyzoona is another children’s-focused business listed at Runda Mall.

Black Friday can be particularly useful for toy shopping because parents can purchase Christmas presents several weeks before December.

Before buying toys, check the recommended age range and whether the toy is suitable for the child’s abilities.

If you are purchasing several Christmas gifts, prepare a list of the children you are buying for and establish a spending limit for each child.

13. Purpink Gifts Black Friday Deals

Purpink Gifts – Runda Mall is particularly relevant to Black Friday shoppers looking for gifts.

Gift shops can be useful when you are shopping for people whose preferences are difficult to determine.

Potential Black Friday categories to watch include gift sets, personalized products, accessories, home gifts and other items suitable for birthdays, Christmas and special occasions.

Purpink confirms its Runda location at Runda Mall, making it a convenient option for shoppers combining Black Friday shopping with other mall errands.

14. City Walk Fragrance Black Friday Deals

City Walk Fragrance is listed among Runda Mall’s businesses.

Fragrances can be popular Christmas gifts, making this an important category to monitor as Black Friday approaches.

Shoppers should compare fragrance sizes and concentrations carefully. A lower-priced smaller bottle may not actually offer better value than a larger bottle at a slightly higher price.

If purchasing perfume as a gift, consider the recipient’s usual fragrance preferences rather than choosing only according to the size of the discount.

15. Zeal Scents Black Friday Offers

Zeal Scents is also included in Runda Mall’s current store directory.

Scent and fragrance products can make affordable gifts for family members, friends and colleagues.

Shoppers can create a Christmas gift basket by combining fragrance-related products with other small personal gifts.

As always, confirm the product, size and final price before purchasing.

16. Silken Human Hair Black Friday Deals

Silken Human Hair – Runda Mall is another business worth watching for shoppers interested in hair products.

Black Friday promotions in this category could be relevant to shoppers looking for human hair products, extensions and related beauty purchases.

For higher-value hair products, shoppers should pay attention to product specifications, quality, length, texture and care requirements.

17. Beauty and Salon Black Friday Deals

Runda Mall also has several businesses serving beauty and personal-care customers, including Iya’s Nail Parlor, Shis’ Nail Spa, Tress Elite Glam Studio and other beauty-related businesses listed in its directory.

Black Friday does not have to mean buying physical products.

Beauty businesses may offer seasonal packages, service promotions or special offers, depending on their individual campaigns.

For Christmas and end-of-year events, shoppers can watch for beauty services that help them prepare for parties, family gatherings, photographs and celebrations.

18. Optica Black Friday Offers

Optica – Opticians in Runda Mall, Nairobi provides another interesting Black Friday category: eyewear and optical products.

Shoppers who already need new spectacles, sunglasses or other optical products can monitor November offers.

However, prescription eyewear should be purchased based on the correct prescription and professional guidance rather than simply selecting the product with the biggest discount.

19. Carrefour Runda Black Friday Deals

Carrefour is one of the major shopping businesses listed at Runda Mall.

This makes it particularly useful for shoppers who want to combine Black Friday shopping with regular household shopping.

Potential categories to watch include groceries, household products, personal-care products, children’s items, electronics and seasonal products.

Supermarket Black Friday promotions can be especially useful because shoppers can purchase items they already need rather than buying products solely because they are discounted.

20. Christmas Shopping and Black Friday at Runda Mall

One of the biggest advantages of Black Friday is that it comes shortly before Christmas.

This means Nairobi shoppers can use November promotions to purchase some of their Christmas presents before December.

For example, a shopper could purchase children’s gifts at Katrina Kids or Toyzoona, clothing from fashion retailers, fragrances from fragrance stores, technology products from electronics retailers and groceries from Carrefour.

This can spread the cost of Christmas shopping over several weeks.

How to Find the Best Black Friday Deals at Runda Mall

The most important rule is to research prices before Black Friday.

Do not wait until November 27 to decide what you want to buy.

If you want a smartphone, television, laptop, appliance or expensive fashion item, research the normal price several weeks before Black Friday.

Write down the model and regular price.

When the Black Friday promotion is announced, compare the advertised price with your research.

This allows you to identify whether the saving is genuinely useful.

Create a Runda Mall Black Friday Shopping List

A practical shopping list could look like this:

Technology: Samsung, Oppo, Technohub, Triscope Electronic and Galaxy Mobile Accessories.

Home appliances: Azone – Mika Appliances.

Fashion: Chacha Gents, Karats Apparel, Bata and other fashion stores.

Children: Katrina Kids, Bespoke Babies & Kids Shop and Toyzoona.

Gifts: Purpink Gifts.

Fragrance: City Walk Fragrance and Zeal Scents.

Beauty: Silken Human Hair, Iya’s Nail Parlor, Shis’ Nail Spa and Tress Elite Glam Studio.

Groceries and household shopping: Carrefour.

The Runda Mall directory currently lists these businesses across its shopping categories, although individual tenants and promotions can change. (Runda Mall)

Black Friday Budgeting Tips

Black Friday can save money, but it can also encourage unnecessary spending.

Before shopping, establish a maximum budget.

Divide your budget into categories such as technology, Christmas gifts, fashion, children’s products and household items.

Do not increase your budget simply because a shop advertises a large percentage discount.

For expensive purchases, compare the total cost rather than the advertised percentage.

A product discounted by 20% can sometimes be better value than another product advertised at 50% off if the first product has better specifications, warranty coverage and durability.

Watch for Black Friday Flash Sales

Some of the most attractive Black Friday promotions may be available for limited periods.

A store could offer a particular product at a special price for a few hours or while stocks last.

This is why shoppers should monitor the official communication channels of individual Runda Mall businesses as November approaches.

However, shoppers should not allow a countdown or limited-stock message to prevent them from checking the product details.

A genuine bargain should still make sense after considering the product, price, warranty and your actual need for it.

Black Friday Safety Tips for Nairobi Shoppers

When shopping during busy periods, keep your phone, wallet and other valuables secure.

If purchasing expensive electronics, request and retain your receipt.

Check warranty documentation and understand the retailer’s exchange or return policy.

For online purchases, confirm that you are dealing with the legitimate retailer rather than an impersonator using a similar name.

Avoid sending money to an unfamiliar personal account simply because someone claims to have a Black Friday offer.

Final Thoughts: Black Friday 2026 at Runda Mall

Black Friday 2026 in Nairobi presents an opportunity for shoppers to search for discounts across a wide range of products and services. Runda Mall is particularly relevant because its current tenant mix covers many of the categories associated with Black Friday, including electronics, smartphones, appliances, fashion, children’s products, gifts, fragrances, beauty, eyewear and supermarket shopping. (Runda Mall)

The stores worth putting on your Black Friday watchlist include Samsung, Oppo, Technohub Technologies, Triscope Electronic, Galaxy Mobile Accessories, Azone – Mika Appliances, Chacha Gents, Karats Apparel, Bata, Katrina Kids, Bespoke Babies & Kids Shop, Toyzoona, Purpink Gifts, City Walk Fragrance, Zeal Scents, Silken Human Hair and Carrefour, among others.

The actual 2026 promotions, prices, stock levels and promotional periods should be confirmed directly with individual stores when their Black Friday campaigns are announced.
